In our 300 Hours Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Bali we give you the chance to explore new areas of Yoga and to include the new insights into your own teachings. After completing our training we want you to feel like you have grown on your journey as a teacher as well as a student. To ensure the quality of our course and to help you track your progress we will have weekly quizzes, one final written exam and a practical exam in which you are going to teach an Ashtanga Vinyasa or arm balancing class.
In our lectures on the philosophy and history of yoga, we will only touch on a handful of these issues. We'll take you back to the beginnings of yoga, explore its past and learn how it spread to the west. To help you comprehend the traditional teachings and their applicability today, we will dispel common misconceptions about Yoga and go deeper into Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.
