Diaz projects happiness and creativity in his teaching. Blending Vinyasa Flow, Budokon, Qigong, and Inside Flow making the dynamic fusion between mindfulness, movement, strength & challenge into his class. With a 500hr Yoga Teacher Training under his belt and his background as a choreographer, he brings his class to sequence the poses together like a dance to a whole new dimension. He'll guide your practice out of the box and set your mind and body to expand all sorts of possibilities. His class is rather fun, playful, energetic and funky at the same time.
Mano Hara grew up in a small town in Bali and later moved with his family to Denpasar in search for a better life. At the age of 14, his friend introduced him to Martial Arts. He worked hard at the sport until an injury kept him from practicing for two years. In 1990, Mano began practicing yoga at Ananda Marga in Denpasar and enjoyed relief from his injury after one year. He tried Tantra Yoga and was then introduced to the Master, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti. He also practiced daily meditation techniques where he learnt from Ananda Marga. Since 2000, Mano has been teaching yoga in Bali and completed his training for aero-swing and aero-yin in 2016. He now lives the life he’s always dreamed of.
Yogi teaches a variety of yoga styles - Vinyasa, Hatha, Beginner Yoga and Meditation. He was first introduced to yoga in 1992 when he met a monk from India through his friend. A few years later, in 1995, he began his Yoga Teacher Training Philippines and completed in India. Yogi wants his students to know that practicing yoga isn’t just to help them stretch their stiff bodies, but also to help them change their entire lives for the better. He notes, “yoga can change the way you see things, the way you deal with situations, the way you think, and eventually how you live your life.
Chitra’s passion for yoga started back in 2015. She realized how yoga changed her life - both physically and spiritually. From there, she decided to share her positive experience with others by becoming a yoga teacher. To learn more about yoga, Chitra travelled to India and completed her 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa in Mysore. Later on, she came back to Bali for a 40hr Fly High Yoga training at Serenity Eco Guesthouse. She loves to teach, and through teaching yoga she can lead and help others on their yoga journey and make yoga a part of their daily lives. For her, practicing yoga is a beautiful connection with oneself, while teaching yoga is a beautiful connection with others.
Kartana has been practicing yoga since the age of 24. He specializes in Vinyasa form, an on-going stream of flowing yoga poses. Born and raised in Bali, Kartana completed his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud in 2006 under the guidance of American Vinyasa veteran, Melissa Spamer (Lotus in The Flames) and acquired another 200hr YTT from Chakra Yoga School in Ubud in 2018. He appreciates the continual challenge that yoga presents both physically and psychologically. He believes yoga is to be the perfect complement to other forms of exercise as it improves flexibility, balance, and strength.
Amanda was born and raised in Bali, Indonesia. She was first introduced to yoga by a friend, telling her that yoga can heal the mind and make the body stronger and healthier. After practicing yoga, she found it very inspirational. This created a strong passion to delve deeper into the practice, making her complete two teacher trainings: 200hr Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga at School Of Sacred Arts & 50hr Flyhigh Yoga. Through yoga, she was able to discover how it builds the mind, body, and soul - both off and on the mat to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Apart from being a yoga instructor, Amanda is a part-time surfer who likes to be in the water. The essence of her teaching is to bring joy, motivation, and inspiration to others.
Yudha completed his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Lotus in the Flame School of Yoga and Healing Art. All of his teachings are based on two of his favourite styles of yoga - Hatha and Vinyasa. Yudha then began teaching at some resorts and studios in Ubud as well as Kuta area. He believes that opening the mind is the key to improve flexibility of the body, as well as improve focus and concentration. His favorite quote is one from Daniel Scott: Flexibility isn’t about opening the body; it’s also about opening up the mind to accept what is happening in the moment.
Taopik Setiawan (Tao) is a natural food Chef and yogi based in Bali, fully certified with a 200hr plus RYS Thai Yoga Therapy from Thai Traditional Medicine Association of Thailand. Tao teaches Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow through an inclusive, holistic approach. He integrates a range of practical techniques to help facilitate the health, happiness, and freedom of each individual. Tao’s teaching is inspired and informed by the philosophy and history of the yoga tradition, bringing integrity and clarity to his classes. Tao wants to create a space, which is inclusive and non-competitive. He believes yoga is a gradual process and that physical improvements are eclipsed by the greater purpose of self-acceptance and self-inquiry.
Elvina is an medical doctor.Her passion in yoga combines with her medi-cal background make her yoga class unique with combinations of thera-peutic asanas with western medical principles,traditional Chinese medi-cine,and ayuverda.Mindful movement that are focused on generating the flow of chi or prana,influencing meridians that feed into all of our pri-mary organs.Her teaching style is gentle emphasizes on cultivating mindfulness that allowing deep emotionally release.Integrating body, mind and spirit.

Ondra is a gifted holistic healer and QiGong teacher. His fascination with bio-energy, body’s innate wisdom and sacred principles is reflected in everything he does. Ondra practices QiGong, Energy Medicine, Craniosacral Therapy, Applied Kinesiology, Qi healing and Evolutionary Astrology. His passion to sound Ondra explores and expresses through Handpan and Shakuhachi. To his classes and sessions Ondra brings compassion, creativity, love and genuine self-expression.
Arul started his yoga practice in 2015 regularly as his body workout while he was working as Gender Based Violence (GBV) Counselor. According to his practice yoga can be both a beautiful and challenging experience. Further more, yoga gives him big impact in every dimension, physically yoga puts away the side which no longer serve him, and mentally it helps to become more capable of resolving the mental issues.
His curiosity and passion in yoga led him to accomplished his 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training in 2016. In line with his psychology study background, and his career, he applied yoga as a tool for trauma healing session for the victim of GBV. Throughout his experience he’s passionated to share with more people about yoga through his teaching in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga Style.
Alba Alcacer is a yoga teacher originally from Spain based in Bali. She has completed 300 hr Alliance Certificated Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.First she accomplished her 100 hr Vinyasa YTT in Spain and after she completed a 200 hr YTT in Serenity Eco Guest House in Bali.She loves being around the world and learn about the different cultures and people. This pasion made her leave her previous work in Spain as headhunter in 2018 and start travelling around South East of Asia, where she felt in love with yoga.Yoga became one of the most important parts of her life until now. Her classes focus on awakening energy and creatively flowing with the music.
