Mano Hara grew up in a small town in Bali and later moved with his family to Denpasar in search for a better life. At the age of 14, his friend introduced him to Martial Arts. He worked hard at the sport until an injury kept him from practicing for two years. In 1990, Mano began practicing yoga at Ananda Marga in Denpasar and enjoyed relief from his injury after one year. He tried Tantra Yoga and was then introduced to the Master, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti. He also practiced daily meditation techniques where he learnt from Ananda Marga. Since 2000, Mano has been teaching yoga in Bali and completed his training for aero-swing and aero-yin in 2016. He now lives the life he’s always dreamed of.

Yogi teaches a variety of yoga styles - Vinyasa, Hatha, Beginner Yoga and Meditation. He was first introduced to yoga in 1992 when he met a monk from India through his friend. A few years later, in 1995, he began his Yoga Teacher Training Philippines and completed in India. Yogi wants his students to know that practicing yoga isn’t just to help them stretch their stiff bodies, but also to help them change their entire lives for the better. He notes, “yoga can change the way you see things, the way you deal with situations, the way you think, and eventually how you live your life.

Chitra’s passion for yoga started back in 2015. She realized how yoga changed her life - both physically and spiritually. From there, she decided to share her positive experience with others by becoming a yoga teacher. To learn more about yoga, Chitra travelled to India and completed her 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa in Mysore. Later on, she came back to Bali for a 40hr Fly High Yoga training at Serenity Eco Guesthouse. She loves to teach, and through teaching yoga she can lead and help others on their yoga journey and make yoga a part of their daily lives. For her, practicing yoga is a beautiful connection with oneself, while teaching yoga is a beautiful connection with others.

Kartana has been practicing yoga since the age of 24. He specializes in Vinyasa form, an on-going stream of flowing yoga poses. Born and raised in Bali, Kartana completed his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud in 2006 under the guidance of American Vinyasa veteran, Melissa Spamer (Lotus in The Flames) and acquired another 200hr YTT from Chakra Yoga School in Ubud in 2018. He appreciates the continual challenge that yoga presents both physically and psychologically. He believes yoga is to be the perfect complement to other forms of exercise as it improves flexibility, balance, and strength.

Amanda was born and raised in Bali, Indonesia. She was first introduced to yoga by a friend, telling her that yoga can heal the mind and make the body stronger and healthier. After practicing yoga, she found it very inspirational. This created a strong passion to delve deeper into the practice, making her complete two teacher trainings: 200hr Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga at School Of Sacred Arts & 50hr Flyhigh Yoga. Through yoga, she was able to discover how it builds the mind, body, and soul - both off and on the mat to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Apart from being a yoga instructor, Amanda is a part-time surfer who likes to be in the water. The essence of her teaching is to bring joy, motivation, and inspiration to others.

Taopik Setiawan (Tao) is a natural food Chef and yogi based in Bali, fully certified with a 200hr plus RYS Thai Yoga Therapy from Thai Traditional Medicine Association of Thailand. Tao teaches Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow through an inclusive, holistic approach. He integrates a range of practical techniques to help facilitate the health, happiness, and freedom of each individual. Tao’s teaching is inspired and informed by the philosophy and history of the yoga tradition, bringing integrity and clarity to his classes. Tao wants to create a space, which is inclusive and non-competitive. He believes yoga is a gradual process and that physical improvements are eclipsed by the greater purpose of self-acceptance and self-inquiry.

Samantha Cousins, nicknamed Sammy, is a yoga teacher and birth doula, specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha, Prenatal, Postnatal and Kids yoga. She has been practicing since the age of 18 and began studying Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga in 2016 whilst living in Peru. She moved to Bali in 2020 where she has studied Tantric Hatha, Yin Yoga and Ayurveda as well as volunteering in a non profitable charity, called Let's Imagine, who host Kids yoga camps for local children.
Since becoming a Mama Sammy began to realise more then ever the importance of yoga, as a complete lifestyle choice, not only maintain on a physical level, ones health but upmost importantly on a mental and spiritual level. Whilst adapting to the growing pressures of Motherhood and life, yoga has helped her to find balance and be a more mindful being no matter what the climate! This has led to her passion in supporting women from the transition into motherhood.

Kadek Martina is Balinese. She was born in Ubud Bali. She used to work as a marketing manager in London and Liverpool in a private health care industry until she was diagnosed with poly cysts. She decided to returned back to Bali in 2011 and started her self healing by practicing yoga diligently. Under guidance of a "Asana, Pranayama, Mudra Bandha book" by Swami Satyananda Sarasvati, she practiced twice daily for a year. "The Guru will come when the student is ready". It was the time she needed to deepen her yoga practice by seeking for a Guru. Then universe arranged that she went to the bank of Mother Gangga by the foothills of Himalaya at Parmarth Niketan Ashram Rishikesh, she took seva (selfless service), studied and taught yoga at the Ashram. After 2 years in Rishikesh, she returned home and recovered fully from poly cysts. She continued her practice and shared her experience in Bali.
Martina focuses her yoga class on suksma vyayam to build strong foundation of strength, flexibility and balance. She also teach authentic hatha yoga, pranayama, yin, power, yoga nidra, and meditation. Her experience, knowledge and friendliness will bring joy to the class.

Astri was born and raised in Balinese culture. Where Yoga is already some part of daily practices. In 2010, an injury in her tail bone led her to deepen her practice in yoga. After 2-3years doing self-practice, in 2016, she completed her 200hours with School of Sacred Art. She also accomplished her trainings in Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Acroyoga, Thai Yoga massage and Fly High Yoga. The experience and tools that I have, I will share with you to connect, bring awareness, explore, be safe, acceptance, and honouring the body where it is in the present moment. Also I am committed to provide extensive instruction and coaching to my clients, whilst motivating my students to find inner peace and the path to their healthiest, happiest selves through powerful teaching plans. Olga is a passionate yogini, dancer, hiker and a martial arts practitioner. She was born in Russia and raised in Denmark. Her yoga journey started 10 years ago in Portugal, where she lived at an ashram and practiced Kundalini Yoga. She has later also acquired Yin Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga certification and has been teaching in Europe, Asia and Russia.
Olga's teaching style is fun and uplifting. She is incredible at holding space and guiding you through various states of consciousness. During the class you'll be able to connect to your inner power, so you can feel more mental clarity, emotional resilience and stamina in life.

Billy, originally Austrian, studies since 30 years with her Senior Iyengar teacher Olop in Bali and has finisihed 500 hrs of trainings in India and Bali. In 2005 Beate created her own yoga company in Bali, Bali Yoga & Wellness and in 2013 she opened and ran Bali Yoga Wien, one of the busiest yoga studios in the center of Vienna,
“It is essential for me to practice and teach yoga as holistic self- care through and beyond physical exercises (asanas) within a regular practice in a supportive community. My teachings are alignment and theme-based offering self-reflection (svadhyaya), intention setting (sankalpa) meditation (dhyana), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantras and sanskrit chanting.
