Stillness in the body, steadiness of breath, calmness of the mind are key elements of Yin Yoga. This meditative practice involves holding poses for extended periods, accessing deeper tissues and promoting relaxation. It balances yang practices and cultivates coolness and tranquility. The stillness experienced in the body leads to a still mind, aiding in self-realization.
