Before joining Anandam Yoga School’s 50-hour Yoga Nidra Training in Indonesia Course, you have to fulfill this eligibility criteria.
The minimum age to join this course is 18 and the maximum age is 65 years. If you are older than 65 please provide a medical certificate. Your safety is important to us!
You should be able to speak, read, and write basic English as this course is conducted in English.
You have to be open-minded and interested to learn the ancient teachings and the traditional way of Yoga.
If you are pregnant please provide a medical certificate.
You must be physically and mentally healthy and fit.
You have to provide a medical certificate if you are going through any treatment or have any major injuries.
Sandeep is your lead teacher for this 200-hour YTT, with over eight years of experience teaching yoga, an E-RYT 500 & YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) with Yoga Alliance. His teaching areas are yoga philosophy, traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Yoga-Asana Alignment, Arm Balancing, Pranayama, and Meditation. Previously he was the Head-Teacher of Power of Now Oasis Yoga-Teacher-Training-Courses, Bali, Indonesia. Before that, he served as an Organizer and Lead-Teacher for 200hr and 300hr Yoga-Teacher Training Courses in Rishikesh Yogi Ashram, India as well as the Organizer and Lead-Teacher for 200hr and 300hr Yoga-Teacher Training Courses for the Anandam Yoga School.
In addition to Yoga, Sandeep is a professional chef for Ayurvedic, Indian, Vegan, and Italian food. He worked in fine-dining restaurants in different 5-star hotels and restaurant chains between 2010 and 2017.
Katharina is the owner and founder of Anandam Yoga School. Specializing in teaching Yoga, anatomy & physiology, she has over five years of experience in the art of teaching yoga. Her yoga specializations are Traditional Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. Her qualifications are an E-RYT 200hr with Yoga Alliance and an M.Sc. in Human Nutrition while finalizing her PhD in Nutritional Physiology and Pathophysiology. She is our mainstay anatomy and physiology teacher in Rishikesh Yogi Ashram and Anandam Yoga School. Other than Yoga, Katharina is a nutritional counselor for hormonal well-being, to live healthier, balanced, and happier lives. Starting her nutritional counseling career from 2016 to 2019 as a research assistant for the Institute of Nutrition and Food Sciences, Nutritional Physiology, Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, Germany.
Hello, my name is Ming and I’m a trained 500hr Yoga teacher. Before embarking on my Yoga journey, I worked as a crisis counselor for three years and became a full-time mom when my children were born. Living in a country without family support, I often felt alone and burnt out. During this challenging period, I discovered Yoga and began practicing asanas and meditation. Initially, I never considered becoming a Yoga teacher. When I moved to Bali, the thought of joining a Yoga course hadn’t crossed my mind until I learned about Anandam Yoga School offering their first teacher training course in Bali. It felt like fate that I became their student. I completed both the 200-hour and 300-hour YTT programs in Bali with them and was honored to become one of their teachers. Practicing Yoga has brought immense joy and numerous benefits to my life. It has calmed me and helped me become more aware of my actions and reflections on my reactions. After completing my 500-hour teacher training, I began teaching and found a passion for sharing the knowledge I learned both in and out of the classroom. I cherish my time on the mat and love sharing this joy with my students!

Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Transfer from and to the airport is not included. Serenity Eco Guesthouse and Yoga can pick you up from the airport at an additonal fee.
